so i doubt anyone is really gonna read this let alone reply, but i have a question and i really wish da had a forum. how do you draw? i've been asked that before and i thought it was a hard question to answer, but how do you start? do you use models, computer programs, sketch and define? how do you do it? i'm wondering if i need to uprgrade my ways to better what i do. i've never been taught anything, i make a line on a paper and go from there. i don't draw circles and lines and fill in the details, i do one detailed thing, usually an eye, and think i like that, i want to make something to go along with it that has just as good detailing and proportions as this and then draw another eye, if it looks like it's looking some certain direction i draw a nose and then a face and then neck to torso to arms to failing at legs so i cut those off.... nothing i do is planned and i fail at everything that i actually invision cause i can't get it right from mind to paper. everything i go is a fluke, a mistake even... does anyone else do this?
